We recommend that you schedule appointments in advance in order to recieve your preferred date, and time and service provider. We require each guest to have a credit card on file at the time of booking your appointment in order to reserve your reservation.

ARRIVAL
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your services. Please help us by being on time so that we may complete your service as scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. Our staff is in great demand, so please be respectful to their time and that of other guests by honoring your commitment to be here for your reservation and service requested. Altering your appointment last minute will result in a fee.
CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change your schedule. Out of consideration for others we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.
If you wish to change or cancel your appointment you can do so DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS:
Tuesday-Sat Closed on Sundays and Mondays. We do not except cancellations on Sundays or Mondays as we are closed. You can call the salon or go to our online booking. www.salonsabiha.com to make any changes.
Should you give us less notice than required or simply not show up for your appointment, the full service will be finalized with the credit card you keep on file with us for reservations.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
In certain instances, our menu prices may change. We will always strive to maintain costs and only change prices when necessary. We will always quote a “starting at” price and not a final cost, due to changes or conditions in your services. Our service providers will go over your services and define any changes to pricing if any are needed during your private consultation.
PAYMENTS/RETURNS
We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard for all services and products. Payment in full is required at the time of service. Salon Sabiha does not accept checks.
Retail exchanges may be made within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. Sorry, no refunds.
Make-up sales are final, no refunds.
CELL PHONE USE AND TRANQUILITY
We request that you kindly silence your cell phone prior to your arrival at the salon. Please be mindful of other guest's experience.
COMFORT
For your enjoyment as well as the relaxation of others, please do not bring small children to the salon unless they have an appointment or there is someone to supervise them.
HEALTH CONCERNS AND COMFORT LEVEL
Please notify our staff before booking a service if you have any physical ailments, allergies or disabilities. The salon is designed to be handicap friendly, please help us to book the appropriate services for you.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep valuables with you during your appointment. We also ask that you wear the smock provided for protection of your clothing.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
If you are anything less than happy with your service, we require you to notify and re-book within seven days of your original appointment to avoid any additional costs. We always strive to better serve our guests.

After 7 days or more any adjustments after your original appointment will be subject to a new service cost.
